  1. 01v2026.11.03.103 Nov 2026Latest

    Femtosecond site

The Themes page becomes a theme store, with a product page for every theme and six themes on the way.

    New

    • AddedTheme store at /pages/themes. Any theme published in Shopify with the product type Shopify Theme appears as a card with its image, price, version and demo link.
    • AddedA product page for themes: gallery, license picker (each variant is a license), price, Add to cart and Shop Pay, live demo link, specs, a before-you-buy FAQ and structured data for search.
    • AddedComing-soon cards for Objetra, Fitment, Sizerun, Dovetail, Refill and Regimen, each with a waitlist button. A card hides itself once that theme goes on sale.
    • AddedA four-step guide to buying and installing a theme.
    • AddedThemes in the top menu and the phone menu.

    Improvements and fixes

    • ImprovedThe top menu now folds into the menu button below 1180 px, so the extra link never runs off the edge.
  2. 02v2026.11.03.93 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

Tokyo is now clearly labelled as our virtual studio, the CRM page loses a repeated button on phones, and the old Solid Concrete pages are hidden from search.

    Improvements and fixes

    • FixedThe footer, the phone menu, Studio, Contact, Services, Industries and Start a project no longer present Nishi-Shinjuku as a second office. The studio is listed as Laguna Beach, California, and Tokyo is labelled as PROJECT TOKYO, our virtual studio built in Blender, linking to the film.
    • FixedStudio page: the line about two time zones working overnight is replaced with a plain note about where the studio is.
    • FixedCRM demo on phones: the first Play the walkthrough button is hidden, because the same button sits right below it.
    • FixedThe older Solid Concrete-style pages (AI builder, Objetra docs and demos, theme demo, immersive experience) are now hidden from search engines. Nothing on the main site links to them.
    • ImprovedChecked: The 113 industry pages each have their own written copy, so they stay in search.
  3. 03v2026.11.03.83 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

A full-site audit: the live flight map works again, the CRM demo is easier to read on dark backgrounds, and the older pages point to Start a project.

    Improvements and fixes

    • FixedThe live flight map on Aviation & Airlines was stuck on Loading the sky. The maintenance table on the same page used the same marker as the globe, so the map tried to start on a filter button. It now loads.
    • FixedCRM demo: column and card borders are brighter, the search hint is readable, the move-back arrow on phone cards is visible when it is greyed out, taken booking slots can be read, and the Confirm booking button is legible before you pick a time.
    • FixedCRM demo on phones: the booking app header no longer stacks Book, Demo and Sample data on top of each other.
    • FixedGraphic design page: the small orange numbers and the clock labels on paper are darker so they meet contrast rules.
    • FixedHealthcare page: amber warning text in the clinic dashboard is darker.
    • FixedThe older Solid Concrete pages (AI builder, Objetra docs, privacy page) now say Femtosecond Company instead of A Femtosecond Company, their back link says Femtosecond Company, and their main button goes to Start a project.
    • ImprovedChecked: 127 internal links with none broken, every main page has one main heading, nothing overflows sideways on a phone, no broken images, and no emojis.
  4. 04v2026.11.03.73 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

The galaxy on the home page now turns into a DNA strand as you scroll.

    New

    • AddedAs you scroll past the hero, the galaxy's stars stream apart and re-form into a glowing double helix: two strands, base-pair rungs in lime and violet, and nucleotides that pulse along the strand.
    • AddedThe helix keeps twisting as you scroll, and leans with the mouse on desktop. On phones it stands upright so it fits the tall screen.

    Improvements and fixes

    • ImprovedThe galaxy core, dust lanes and glow fade out as the helix forms, so the strand reads cleanly behind the Work that moves heading.
    • ImprovedSame particle count and frame budget as before, so phones stay smooth.
  5. 05v2026.11.03.63 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

The home page now says, quietly, that the whole site runs on Shopify, and the F-35 joins Work that moves. Playground is back in the menu, and every emoji is gone from the site.

    New

    • AddedA small line under the main button on the home page, "This entire site runs on Shopify", which jumps to the Built on Shopify section.
    • AddedThe same line in the footer of every page.
    • AddedPlayground is back in the top menu and the phone menu.
    • AddedThe F-35 concept is now second in Work that moves on the home page, with the dusk afterburner image, linking to the F-35 page.

    Improvements and fixes

    • FixedRemoved every emoji from the site, including the ones in the joke websites on the Playground laptop. Symbols that phones show as emoji were swapped for plain text marks.
    • FixedThe top menu no longer runs off the edge on small laptops and tablets. Between 721 and 1020 px it folds into the menu button.
    • FixedPlayground, the AI builder and the Objetra pages now end their browser title with Femtosecond Company instead of Solid Concrete, and say Femtosecond Company when shared.
    • FixedSearch and share descriptions for Pricing, Themes, Services, Studio, Industries, Install, Contact and Changelog, which were run-on sentences or still mentioned the AI Builder.
    • FixedThe F-35 page has a main heading for search engines.
  6. 06v2026.11.03.53 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

The last fourteen Solid Concrete pages move to the Femtosecond design, and the F-35 page below the film becomes a calm, photographic programme page.

    New

    • AddedWork, Pricing, Contact, Shop, Add-ons, Licensing, Install, both case studies, both service products, Cart, Search and 404 rebuilt in the printed editorial design, with the Femtosecond nav and footer.
    • AddedWork is now an index of plates: large images for the stores and films, and every demo labelled as a demo.
    • AddedPricing puts every published price in one table, with what is included and how long it takes.
    • AddedCase studies for Elektrisches Racing and Tiny Weenies, with desktop and phone screenshots you can scroll.
    • AddedInstall is five numbered steps, each with a drawing of the Shopify control it means.
    • AddedF-35 page below the film: a full-width opening plate, key figures, an anatomy section where the underside shot stays put while the sensors, intakes, weapons bay, wing and engine step past, a swipeable strip of stills, a sourced spec sheet, an A/B/C comparison table and plain lists for systems and milestones.

    Improvements and fixes

    • ImprovedEvery one of these pages is set for easy reading: 18 px text (17 px on phones), dark ink on paper, short paragraphs, plain headings and one main button.
    • FixedThe logo now reads dark on paper and white on dark, including after you scroll.
    • FixedOn the F-35 page the nav switches to a paper backdrop over the light sections instead of a black gradient.
    • RemovedThe Solid Concrete name from these pages, their tab titles and the theme name.
    • RemovedThe neon green, dot-matrix numbers and line drawings from the F-35 page below the film.
  7. 07v2026.11.03.43 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

The jet film on Defense & Aerospace and the F-35 page is now photoreal footage of the studio jet, with the HUD, x-ray, radar plot and sensor sphere drawn live on top, and the F-35 page gets three photographic plates.

    New

    • AddedPhotoreal footage for each chapter of the jet film: the hangar lights coming on, an afterburner climb at dusk, a top-down pass over cloud at night, a chase shot over cloud, a missile release from the open weapons bay and a head-on pass. The aircraft is our Blender studio model, finished with image and video models.
    • AddedThe x-ray, radar plot and sensor sphere are still drawn live in the browser, now over the footage. The x-ray chapter dims the hangar and traces the airframe in green, and the radar plot is lined up with the jet in the top-down shot.
    • AddedThe footage moves with the scroll: scroll down and the shot moves forward, stop and it holds, scroll up and it plays back. Each chapter is 72 frames that load as you reach them, sharper on desktop, with the next two chapters loading ahead. The film is half as long again to scroll through, so each shot plays out more slowly.
    • AddedOn phones the footage sits in the top half of the screen above the chapter text, with smaller frames and a lower memory cap so it stays smooth.
    • AddedPlates on the F-35 concept page, straight after the introduction: a five-second chase film over cloud, the jet parked in a dark hangar with the gear down, and the jet banking in late sun. Each is labelled as a concept image, not a photograph of a real aircraft.
    • AddedA new studio model of the jet, built in Blender, used for the live overlays and as the fallback if the footage can't play.

    Improvements and fixes

    • ImprovedThe film pins to the screen from the first scroll, and the first shot is up before the 3D overlay has loaded. Before, the screen could slide away or sit on the loading counter until everything had downloaded.
    • ImprovedSmoother scrubbing on phones: frames decode ahead in the direction you're scrolling, the closest ready frame shows instead of a pause, the 3D overlay only draws when the x-ray or sensor sphere is on screen, and the overlay shaders are prepared in advance.
    • ImprovedLighter on phones: no blur behind the chapter text or chapter buttons, no animated grain, and no masking on the footage.
    • ImprovedThe first chapter of the film no longer says it is rendered live with no video; it now says the footage is from our studio model and the overlays are drawn live. The HUD label reads Concept film.
    • ImprovedPeople who prefer reduced motion get still images instead of clips.
    • ImprovedPlate images load lazily with 900 and 1800 px sizes, so phones download the smaller one.
  8. 08v2026.11.03.33 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

Every industry page, the Industries index and Services move to a printed field-guide design, and Marine & Powersports gets its own page with a working service booking tool.

    New

    • AddedA field-guide design for the 95 sector and specialty pages without their own layout. Paper and ink, a running head with a page number like 05.03, a sector index card with its spot colour, a serif opening paragraph with a drop cap, numbered sections, a contents list with dotted leaders, a next-sector line and a colophon.
    • AddedIndustries index and Services pages in the same design. Services lists the six disciplines with what each covers, the four steps of a project and all twelve sectors.
    • AddedMarine & Powersports page with a service booking tool. Pick a boat, jet ski or UTV, set the engine hours and the services that are due get ticked, seasonal work like winterization is flagged in the fall, then pick a drop-off day and see the total.
    • AddedNewsreader as the reading face on the editorial pages.

    Improvements and fixes

    • RemovedThe galaxy background from every industry page, the Industries index and Services. The homepage keeps it.
    • RemovedThe giant outlined numbers, the ten-second looping workflow card and the closing banner that read Let's build something nobody else has. The closing block now reads Tell us what you're working on.
    • ImprovedSection headings stay put while you read the section on desktop.
  9. 09v2026.11.03.23 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

Motorsports & Racing and Automotive Parts & Accessories get their own pages, each with a working tool, and the Baja race demo loses its sci-fi look.

    New

    • AddedMotorsports & Racing page with a sponsor deck you can click through. Pick Title, Primary, Associate or Product and the placements light up on a trophy truck drawing, with the price, open slots and what the sponsor gets. Below it, a sample season where each race report tags the sponsors who were on the truck.
    • AddedAutomotive Parts & Accessories page with a supplier feed cleaner. Pick a raw supplier row and see it come out as a clean product: title, units, category, a year, make and model fitment table, and flags like a required bracket, a Raptor exclusion, 4-door only or a pending CARB order. Below it, a parts search that understands chevy, f150, part numbers and 2.5 lift.
    • AddedShared look for the Automotive & Mobility pages in one stylesheet, so new pages in the sector stay consistent.

    Improvements and fixes

    • ImprovedBaja race-day demo moved onto paper and ink with a plain headline and normal buttons. Removed the orange glow background, the outlined headline, the diamond bullet, the glowing and pulsing numbers and the wide-spaced capital labels.
    • ImprovedBaja demo has a new search title and description.
    • RemovedThe galaxy background and generic layout from Motorsports & Racing and Automotive Parts & Accessories.
  10. 10v2026.11.033 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

Off-Road & Performance gets its own page with a working fitment check, and the race team demo is rebuilt as a Baja 1000 race-day command screen.

    New

    • AddedOff-Road & Performance page rebuilt as a parts catalog in paper and ink. A working fitment check for Sur-Ron, Talaria and E-Ride Pro (pick make, model and year to see what fits, what needs an adapter and what does not), the same rear shock listed two ways, a plain table of what we build and a link to the race demo. Sample data, nothing for sale.
    • AddedBaja race-day command screen at /pages/race-shop-demo, replacing the race shop board. A simulated 964-mile Cabo-to-Cabo course with the race truck, eight pits and three chase trucks on the map; speed, fuel, range, driver swaps and gap to the leader; Starlink, sat phone, race radio, chase net and relay status with a radio log; buttons to call a flat, low fuel, a mechanical or an SOS; a pit plan, chase truck loadouts and a pre-race checklist.

    Improvements and fixes

    • RemovedThe galaxy background and the generic sector layout from the Off-Road & Performance page.
    • ImprovedThe race clock lines up with the controls on phones.
    • ImprovedThe race demo page is now titled Baja race command.
  11. 11v2026.11.011 Nov 2026

    Femtosecond site

Six working product demos across the sector pages: a defense capture CRM, a CMMC compliance tracker, a capability statement builder, an aviation maintenance board, a healthcare front desk and a race shop board.

    New

    • AddedCapture desk on Defense & Aerospace, a working CRM for government business development. Shipley-phase pipeline with drag and drop, win probability, gate reviews, compliance and teaming per pursuit, an animated opportunity radar and a feed of new solicitations you can add to the pipeline.
    • AddedCMMC compliance tracker on Defense & Aerospace. A live score out of 110 across the 14 NIST SP 800-171 control families, open gaps with owners and due dates, and a remediation plan that closes them one by one.
    • AddedCapability statement builder on Defense & Aerospace. Fill in the fields, watch a one-page statement build itself, change the accent colour and save it as a PDF.
    • AddedMaintenance control board on Aviation & Airlines. Fleet status with flight hours to the next check, aircraft on ground, deferrals, parts on order, a 14-day hangar schedule and an aircraft record with findings highlighted on the airframe.
    • AddedFront desk dashboard on Healthcare & Medical. Today's schedule, check-in flow, insurance verification, no-show risk, two-way reminder texts, weekly utilization and recalls.
    • AddedRace shop board at /pages/race-shop-demo for off-road race teams. Every truck's build stage and readiness, prep checklists, parts on order, crew, season results and a countdown to green flag.
    • AddedFemtosecond Healthcare mark in the top corner of the Healthcare page.
    • AddedCMMC, Cap statement, Pipeline and Front desk links in the section navs.

    Improvements and fixes

    • ImprovedThe capture CRM sits right after the Air, Space, Land and Sea tiles on the Defense page so it is easy to find.
  12. 12v2026.10.3030 Oct 2026

    Femtosecond site

Defense & Aerospace gets a live 3D scroll film and a Femtosecond Defense mark, plus a new F-35 concept page.

    New

    • AddedA scroll film inside the Defense & Aerospace page. A fifth-generation jet is rendered live in the browser and stays pinned while you scroll through seven chapters: hangar reveal, x-ray of the systems, afterburner climb through cloud, radar signature, six-camera sensor sphere, weapons bay drop and a head-on pass. It has a flight HUD, a chapter dock you can click and labels pinned to the airframe. No video.
    • AddedF-35 concept page at /pages/f-35-lightning-ii. The same film opens full screen, followed by a public spec sheet, the A, B and C variants, mission systems, milestones and what we’d build for a program like it. Marked as an unofficial concept.
    • AddedA Femtosecond Defense mark in the top corner of the Defense and F-35 pages, built from the company logo.
    • AddedA Play the film button in the Defense hero and a Film link in the section nav.

    Improvements and fixes

    • ImprovedThe film stops rendering when it’s off screen or the tab is hidden, and drops shadows and some clouds on phones.

    • AddedHealthcare & Medical page redesigned: a warm light palette with a serif display face, specialty tiles linked to their pages, four working mock-ups (location finder, provider profile, booking flow, accessibility checklist) and a 3D device explainer you can tap through part by part.
    • AddedShinjuku Station photo on the PROJECT TOKYO card on the homepage.
    • AddedAviation & Airlines, Live flight map and PROJECT TOKYO links in the footer.

    Improvements and fixes

    • FixedThe café entrance showed two doors; it now has one Japanese sliding door with a noren.
    • FixedGhosting and a hard cut on the walk into the store, replaced with one continuous walk-in that dips through the door frame.
    • ImprovedThe film loads faster and scrolls more smoothly: half the frames, decoding off the main thread, no animated grain, and lighter effects and memory use on phones, with desktop frames still 1920 px wide.
    • FixedThe aircraft was cropped out of the Air tile on phones.
    • ImprovedDefense & Aerospace uses its own vertical video on phones so the aircraft flies above the headline, with posters that match the first frame so the video fades in cleanly.
    • ImprovedHeadlines on the new pages no longer leave a single word on the last line.
